| A Hero is anyone who has made a difference
in your life, has made a difference in the community or in school or maybe someone who has gone
above and beyond the call of duty.

It could be someone who makes this
world a better place.
Nominee must be a resident of the City of Bristol. Nominations must be
mailed to Bristol Chrysanthemum Festival Inc., P.O. Box 1644, Bristol, Connecticut 06011-1644.

Applications will be accepted through June 15, 2010. Please fill out the form below to nominate your hero! A Selection Committee will meet to review the
applications.
If your Hero is selected he/she will participate in the Chrysanthemum Festival events for
2012/2013. |
